Mobile Computing 2010 was the campaign designed to show just how far you can push the boundaries with Nokia devices — and it’s what conceived our: ‘It’s not technology, it’s what you do with it’ tagline. It’s about anything that makes you proclaim: ‘That’s Awesome!’. For example, it was as part of this campaign that videos such as the POV commercial www.youtube.com , Dot www.youtube.com and Hamster Phone Charger www.youtube.com were created. Now all these videos are out there, we’ve decided to go back to the very start… and show you this first internal video of our original thinking – so that you can see how far the campaign has developed from the beginning…. www.nokia.com
N-Gage “Classic”/”Taco” (or the “Alpha” as I refer to it) Promotional Video Can’t remember when or where I got this video. It was certainly before the launch of the N-Gage, and most possibly the best example of a great concept being executed in the worst possible way. I don’t need to repeat the flaws of the device. Nobody seemed to forget them and fanatically slander the QD about it. Even though it was an exceptional phone that corrects all the flaws. Nokia certainly boned from the very start their possible major gaming breakthrough platform. Correspondence from youtube member; Ironhillmc “Hi, I’ve made that video at 2003 in a big big hurry. I had only one week to make “something nice” and after 7 long days, that was result. Mentionable thing is the hardware i used: poor desktop machine (P600MHz) That version was made for n-gage launch which was held in London. The video in N-gage cd-rom differs from this so this really is rare footage:))”
