Talk About N Series

i recently purshased a nokia n series phone it was working fine …for like a day now it just goes blank and it wont even start up any more i urn it on and thats it the back light goes on and its done nothing else it freezes on a black back light and the key pad wont even work soi cant turn it off and on every now and then i see he little nokia sign and the 2 hands reaching for one another but then it goes back to the glowing black screen and everything freezes up ive tried goingto the site and gusse what its an expected problem with the phone and they have a category for it that dosent help 1 bit in the end it just says to vist a nokia are point whatevr the hell that is there isnt a care point any where near where i live or on the same continent for that matter ive tried every thing but my techn savy only goes so far please help!
